MASA Meeting Minutes Fall Semester 2009/2010

MASA Executive Committee held its first Fall 2009/2010 committee meeting and below are the attendees:

- Person in-charged appointed.
- Identifying potential sponsorship of the event other than the previous finance resource.
- Proposal of improvements in the event based on the same event last year.

| MASA Movie Night |
- Movie Name: Upin & Ipin
- Faiz presented the DVD collections of Malaysian animated series, Upin & Ipin given courtesy of Les Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd.
- In part of that, a movie night will be held to promote the series targeting wider audie

- No designated date, hence, will be held any time over the semester.

| StuAct Recognition Seminars |
- Few committee members still have not enroll the required seminars.
- All committee members should take the seminar before the semester ends.

- Persons involved were encouraged to attend the seminar soon.
- All Committee Members.

| Financial Report |
- The decreasing of funds in MASA account.
- Identifying alternative financial resources such as membership fee.
- Financial management was made transparent so all members have full access in browsing MASA’s financial report.
